⛵ Set Sail This Summer with Barnstable Recreation! ⛵

Learn the fundamentals of sailing on the beautiful waters of Hyannis Harbor in this fun, fast-paced program! Participants will develop skills in boat handling, water safety, and teamwork while gaining confidence on the water through hands-on instruction.

Perfect for beginner to advanced sailors, this program is led by certified US Sailing instructors and offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and enjoy time on the harbor.

🏊 Participants must pass a swim test on the first day to participate.

Barnstable Recreation has openings in many of our summer programs, including NEW offerings like Youth Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Self-Defense. We also have spots available in Swim Lessons, Sailing, Tennis, Soccer, Beach Volleyball, LEGO Masters, Big Sprouts Gardening, Youth Fire Academy, Youth Police Academy, and so much more!

⚾️ Foamball: for kids entering grades 3-8 ⚾️

Join us at Little Fenway this summer ☀️ for an exciting sport that has a mix of baseball and wiffle ball rules! Grades 3-5 will play in the “Triple-A” program, while grades 6-8 will be in the “MLB” section.

We’ll be using a special foam baseball that will fly far and be perfect for trick plays in the field. Each day we’ll get into teams and have a pickup game. Players that make the “play of the game” will be rewarded with a prize! 🥇
