I love my espresso machine, but these CRAZY BUSY weeks call for coffee by the gallon.

This bulk iced coffee recipe has been getting me out the door quickly in the mornings, and it’s SO simple!
🤎 ½ cup instant coffee
🤎 1½ cups sugar (I use brown sugar!)
🤎 2 cups hot water
🤎 ½–1 cup creamer
🤎 Milk to fill a gallon container
Note: If you like it less sweet, use 1/2 the sugar
Dissolve the coffee and sugar in the hot water, pour in the creamer and add milk until you have a gallon. Chill, pour over ice, and keep on going!
Keep it refrigerated and it expires when your milk expires.
I make a half gallon at a time using half of everything. It’s also great for a crowd!
