BigXthaPlug is coming to the 2026 Kansas State Fair, and tickets are on sale now! One of music’s most magnetic and genre-bending new voices will take the stage at the Kansas Star Casino Grandstand in Hutchinson on Saturday, September 12 at 7:30 PM.​

Get ready for a show that brings a little bit of everything to the Fair. BigXthaPlug has built a name for himself with a sound rooted in Texas hip-hop, but his music reaches far beyond one genre. With platinum-certified hits like “Texas,” “Mmhmm” and “Levels,” plus country crossover tracks like “All The Way” featuring Bailey Zimmerman and collaborations with Shaboozey, Jelly Roll and Luke Combs, BigX blends raw energy, real-life storytelling and Southern sound into one unforgettable Grandstand performance.​

Ticket Options include all-in pricing:​
Reserved seating in the Kansas Star Casino Grandstand is $45, $50, and $60.​

There are several options for an upgraded experience at the Kansas Star Casino Grandstand:​

Track Party Pit - Standing​
Get up close to the stage! The Track Party Pit area gives concertgoers the opportunity to be on the floor, standing right in front of the stage. Each ticket is $85. ​

VIP Deck – Standing​
Want the ultimate VIP treatment? This ticket package includes access to the VIP Deck area, two drink tickets embedded in your lanyard, complimentary appetizers available from 6–7 PM within the VIP Deck area, and early entrance to the Grandstand. Each VIP Standing ticket is $110.​

VIP Deck – Reserved Table​
Get all your friends together with the VIP experience! Reserve a table on our VIP Deck to enjoy the show from a private table that seats six. In addition to a reserved table for six, this package provides two drink tickets per person embedded in each guest’s lanyard, complimentary appetizers available from 6–7 PM within the VIP Deck area, and early entrance to the Grandstand. Each VIP Reserved Table is $835.

HOT TIP: Each grandstand ticket includes a gate admission scan. Ticket will be valid on date of event only. Some exclusions apply. Visit KansasStateFair.gov to learn more. ​​

Career Opportunity: Facilities & Maintenance Crew – Kansas State Fair

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Age Requirement: 18+

The Kansas State Fair is seeking skilled, team-oriented professionals to keep our historic fairgrounds running smoothly 365 days a year. We currently have openings for individuals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and diverse daily tasks.

Available Positions:
1. Facilities Specialist (HVAC/Plumbing): Ensure fairground facilities are event-ready. Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and assist in leading maintenance projects.

2. Facilities Maintenance Repair Technician: Assist the Operations management team with skilled/semi-skilled building repairs, event set-ups and tear-downs, and general aesthetic maintenance.

3. Facilities Specialist – Electrician - We are looking for a skilled professional to handle electrical upgrades, maintenance, and installations across our campus (interior and exterior).

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in electrical, grounds, or facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Welding or trade certifications are highly desirable.

***GRANDSTAND ANNOUNCEMENT***​
bigxthaplug is coming to the 2026 Kansas State Fair! One of music’s most magnetic and genre-bending new voices will take the stage at the Kansas Star Casino Grandstand in Hutchinson on Saturday, September 12 at 7:30 PM. ​

Known for his raw storytelling, Texas-rooted sound and undeniable presence on the mic, BigXthaPlug is reshaping what modern hip-hop can sound like. His platinum-certified singles “Texas,” “Mmhmm” and “Levels” helped launch his breakout album Take Care, which debuted in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and has since earned more than 3 billion streams.​

BigX has also made a major splash in country music with “All The Way” featuring Bailey Zimmerman, a breakout hit that topped both the Hot Rap Songs and Hot Country Songs charts.
