Drew O’Neill is a tattoo artist of 27 years and co-owner of Night Owl Tattoo. He specializes in smooth Black and Gre, all styles of color including new school and horror art. Tim Parsley has been tattooing in West Virginia for the last 17 years. Although he enjoys big color pieces, he prefers detailed black and grey work. He once defeated the rancor in hand to hand combat. He is a father of 4 and lover of one lucky, beautiful lady…. Notable attributes; immature, genius level man child, top five overall people of all time. Chris Francis is a tattoo artist based out of Teays Valley, West Virginia. He currently works at Night Owl Tattoo studio. His preferred styles of tattooing are neo-tradtional and geometric tattoos.. Night Owl Tattoo Flash Tattoo Fundraiser for Putnam Animal Shelter! 🐾

Join us July 9th–11th (Thursday–Saturday) from 12 PM–6:00 PM as we raise money to support Putnam Animal Shelter!

Event Details:
✨ $40 Flash Tattoos
💵 Cash Only
🦾 Arms & Legs Only
📏 Each design will be a predetermined size (approximately the size of a business card, depending on the design).
🎨 Flash designs are offered as-is—no alterations, additions, or customizations.
⏰ This event is first come, first served, with sign-ups beginning when we open each day.

In addition to tattooing, we’ll also be accepting donations of much-needed shelter supplies, including:
• Medium disposable gloves
• Kitten wet food
• Peanut butter
• Cheez Whiz
• Plain Greek yogurt
• Pill pockets
• Cat toys
• Trash bags
• Dawn dish soap
• Bleach
• Dog food
• Towels
• Blankets
