It's Opening Day!

What is everyone looking forward to this year at the South Dakota State Fair???

IT’S OPENING DAY! 🎡

The gates are open and the 2026 South Dakota State Fair is officially underway!

Start your Fair with Channel Seeds Opening Day and take advantage of discounted admission and $2 carnival rides from 3–10 p.m. Plus, there’s a full lineup of shows, contests, activities and entertainment happening across the fairgrounds all day long.

We know the 2026 season just ended... But we wanted to remind everyone that we are already working on improving the experience for both fans and drivers for 2027.

New dirt. *Entirely new surface*
New equipment.
New scoreboard.

Congratulations to Dan Ebert #60 on his 1st Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series win this past week!

Here's a throwback to Dan's 1st Wissota 100 win back in 2012 at Dakota State Fair Speedway!

From his first 100 victory all those years ago to his enormous 100 victory last night. They might be vastly different races, but the result is still the same.

An incredible achievement for Dan Ebert winning the Topless 100 and his first Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory last night!

Congratulations to Dan and team on their first National Touring Series victory!

Your 2026 Champions!

Dakota State Fair Speedway crowned the first Season Champions at the track since 2017!

Congratulations to all of our Champions on their seasons. Their names will be added to the Wall of Champions in the coming weeks.

We will post our Feature winners tomorrow. We wanted to make sure to spotlight these Champions and their outstanding runs to the title!

What a way to cap off the season!

4 new champions crowned at Dakota State Fair Speedway for the first time since 2017. The names will be added to the Wall of Champions board outside the track once the State Fair concludes for the year.

We'll post a winner's recap later today, but we wanted to first just post a thank you.

This season could not have been possible without the overwhelming support we've received. We're truly appreciative of every single one of you.

Stayed tuned for our upgrade plans for next year.
