Thank you to the Firelands Symphony Orchestra Brass Quintet for filling our halls with beautiful music! 🎺🎶 Your lively performance brought so much joy to our residents, staff, and guests.

As this marks the final Tunes for Tuesday of the season, we want to thank you for sharing your time and musical gifts with us throughout the summer. We already can't wait to welcome you back next year for another season of wonderful concerts!

FYI tonight’s free concert at Quarry Hill Vineyard will be indoors to avoid the smoke!

Join us this Thursday, July 16th for the Firelands Symphony Orchestra’s “HIGH FREQUENCY” Flute Quartet from 4-6pm at Quarry Hill Winery. Free admission, seating is on first come basis. This event is INSIDE.

This highly talented ensemble comprised of members of the Firelands Symphony Orchestra: Jesse Martin, principal oboe; Tamara Kagy, formerprincipal flute; Jody Chaffee, flute/principal piccolo; Elizabeth Studer, flute have been performing together in various capacities for many years.

“HIGH FREQUENCY” was created by Kagy as a way to play with friends and explore the standard and virtuoso flute repertoire that is so rich in giving voice to the flute. The members of the quartet own and perform on all the voices of the flute (piccolo, C flute, alto, Eb flute, and bass) giving the ensemble a rich texture and multifaceted color.
