Osborn MetroPark parkrun A free, weekly, timed 5k run/jog/walk on a Saturday. Open to all ages and all abilities. Same time, same place and at no cost. Ever.

parkrun organizes free, timed 5k runs every week in over 2000 locations around the world. Free one-time registration gives you a unique bar code which is used to track participation and your run times. parkrun is open to all - young, old, runners, walkers, joggers.

We had three parkrun tourists at Osborn MetroPark this past Saturday. Emma from Strathclyde parkrun in Scotland and Luis (left in group photo) from Ohio and Erie Canal Reservation parkrun were first time visitors. We also welcomed back Dave (not pictured) from Mansfield OH parkrun.

It's always exciting when we get to meet parkrunners from elsewhere!

We kicked off our June parkruns in style with beautiful weather with great company. The birds were singing and the sun was shining. What better way to start a weekend than a nice stroll through Osborn MetroPark?

We are all set for volunteers for tomorrow. Join us near the Community Gardens at Osborn MetroPark around 845am for a Fun, Free, and Inclusive 5K!

If it's your first time, sign up via parkrun.us/register for your barcode.

We start at 9am but arrive early for a First Timers Welcome and a quick morning briefing.
