Confetti Rain Hand-Made Paper Cutting Art Scherenschnitte, which means "scissor cuts" in German, is the art of papercutting design. Different color schemes can be requested.

The art tradition was founded in Switzerland and Germany in the 16th century, and was brought to Colonial America in the 18th century by immigrants. I started this craft when I was 15, by making a gift (a silhouetted forest scene) for my Mother and I have loved doing it ever since. I will make special request cuttings (if there is a silhouette of something I do not have listed, I would be more tha

n happy to create one for you). I hope you love the pieces of hand-cut art as much as I enjoy making them.
