2021 Information
2021 West Virginia Hot Dog Festival will be held Saturday, July 31, at Pullman Square and 3rd Avenue in downtown Huntington. The 16th anniversary festival will showcase the region's top hot dog businesses. The West Virginia Hot Dog Festival will offer hot dogs from a dozen of the top hot dog businesses traditional to this area and state. The WVHDF will have a classic & custom car * truck show, kids amusements, demonstrations and exhibitions, retail and craft shopping, and the annual "Buns on Bikes" family bicycle tour of Huntington. Don't forget about the ever-popular WV Hot Dog Festival Wiener Dog Races and $100 Dachshund Dash Championship race at high noon. Families love the "all-breed" exhibition races at 11:40am the dog costume contest (any breed), hot dog eating and root beer chugging contests, "bun fun" games, and much more!
