3 years ago, the idea for this show was born out of a desire to give the talented teens at our studio more than just scene work or a showcase. They needed a play- something they could truly dig into, something that challenged them, bonded them, and allowed them to tell a story with depth and heart!❤️
A simple text to Lynn in Jan of '22 was all it took to plant the seed. She loved the idea! Life and outside work pulled both of us in different directions for a while, but this past March, we made the decision to finally go for it - and do whatever it took to make The Wolves happen! What took place this past weekend surpassed every expectation I had for this show!
⚽️ LYNN- your vision, your patience, your relentless commitment, and your extraordinary talent shaped every inch of this process. You gave everything to this show, and in doing so, created something lasting - not just for the girls, but for everyone who walked into that theatre. Thank you for being the heart of it all!
⚽️ Our incredible CAST - a fierce, funny, and fearless pack of 10 women - showed up with full hearts and open minds. Despite the busiest of summer schedules imaginable! (We can count on one hand the number of rehearsals they actually had, all of them together!) Still, they all gave themselves to the work again and again. They committed, they stretched, they grew, they bonded, and they brought this story to life in the most powerful way!
⚽️ To our incredible CREW: thank you for wearing every hat, for jumping into scenes when needed, and for guiding the ship so skillfully during performances.
⚽️ Thank you, T2 FAMILY, FRIENDS & COMMUNITY. You filled our seats and flooded our hearts! This moment was created for you and by you. Thank you! This show will forever be etched in my mind as the biggest "bicycle kick" of all time.
