A Lifetime of Dance is strictly for Adults interested in learning or continuing their love of dance. Pay as you go classes, $20, and a class for all levels of interest and abilities!
Dancing is one of the best forms of exercise, incorporating your body, mind and soul! Meet like minded individuals and receive the joy back into your life, through dance! No commitment is needed for technique classes. Company classes (The Red Hot Mamas and Silver Steppers) require commitment and financial responsibility. All are welcome to Audition for our performing companies. We share our joy, love and passion of dance in our community and beyond. Come take a FREE trial class with FREE tap shoes to borrow.
