There's still time to join us for a week of creativity, collaboration, and performance! 🎭

Students in grades 4–8 will create an original play from the ground up through improv, storytelling, character development, and performance - then bring their ideas to life on stage.

The Dixie's Brand Manager, Rosemary, recently sat down with theatre educator Kara Kindall to learn more about STORYMAKERS: From Idea to the Stage and what students can expect during this creative week-long camp.

Kara shared how students will work together to create an original play through improv, storytelling, character development, and performance. Along the way, they'll build confidence, creativity, communication skills, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.

Whether your child loves performing or simply has a big imagination, STORYMAKERS is a place where ideas come to life.

Yesterday was an incredible afternoon at The Dixie as The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra brought the sounds of the Big Band era to our stage for a memorable matinee performance.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. We are especially grateful to photographer Teresa Davis Carter for beautifully capturing the event, and to WENK/WTPR for their continued media support and partnership.
