Help us celebrate Mary! She has been part of our studio family for 4 years, and has made such an impact! She is a joy to be around, and carries the Presence of the Lord with her everywhere. We can’t wait to have her continue to teach next year at WMVT!

Favorite memory: “the Orlando trip”
Favorite dance I was in: “Mary and Martha”
Favorite Encounter experience: “the first time we all encountered as a team before DR”
What’s next: “I will be studying nursing at CPCC, while also helping teach at The Worship Movement.”

Our next special senior celebration is for Mya! She has been with WMVT from the very first season- 9 years! She is such a powerful dancer, and her grounded presence brings so much peace to our studio. We are so excited to have her continue teaching next year!

Favorite dance: “something in the water/I am”
Encounter experience: “When Morgan Choice came to the encounter intensive. It was one of the most freeing worshiping experiences I’ve had. The way she poured into us was so powerful and left such an impact in my life and how I worship.”
Favorite memory: “Saycred Orlando trips.”

Celebrating our next senior: Abby! She has been with our studio for three years, but it feels like many more! She always leaves her heart out on the stage and in class, and we couldn’t be more proud of her.

Favorite memory: “When Dejah led a hip-hop workshop at the studio.”
Favorite dance: “My fusion class last year called The Gospel.”
An Encounter experience: “In my encounter class and in my church last year where I felt the Holy Spirit for the first time through dance. And it changed my life.”
What’s next: “I’m going to take a gap year then hopefully go to Mitchel Community College for social work.”

As our dance season comes to a close, help us celebrate our seniors! Eden J. Has been part of the WMVT family for 6 years. Her grace & gentle spirit have been a blessing to our studio, & we can’t wait to watch her thrive in her next adventure! Here’s what she has to say about her time at WMVT!

Favorite memory: “My favorite memory at WMVT has been history and variation days with Ms. Shannon!”
Favorite dance you were in: “My favorite dance that l’ve been in is probably either Sleeping Beauty (two years ago by Ms. Jeni) or Paquita (this year with Ms. Shannon).”
An Encounter experience: “I think throughout my time at WMVT I have encountered God as l’ve learned to put aside my pride and dance for Him and not for others. I’ve learned to see dance as a form of worship and not a competition!”
What’s next: “I will be attending NC
State University to study biomedical engineering.”

NEW PLAYSCHOOL PROGRAM ✨

We are SO excited to officially announce our brand new Playschool Program! 🤍

Beginning this summer, your little ones will learn and grow through faith-based creative outlets including music, movement, art, and sensory play — all while being poured into with the love of Jesus! ✝️🎨🎶

Our summer session will run from June 1 – August 31, with a fall program continuing afterward!

📚 Program Schedule:

Ages 2 & 3 (as of 6/1)
🗓 Tuesdays + Thursdays
⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Ages 3 & 4 (as of 6/1)
🗓 Mondays + Wednesdays
⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

$200 for one child
$150 for 2nd child and up

🎬 DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Broadway Bound (mini-mester edition)! Our 8-Week musical theatre program with our grand finale being on May 29th. Get ready to perform a piece inspired by Disney's High School Musical. You don't want to miss it!
