There was a version of me that slowly lost pieces of her spark.

I poured so much of myself into jobs, responsibilities, relationships, and things that weren’t pouring back into me. Somewhere along the way, I stopped moving just because movement made me happy. I stopped celebrating myself. I stopped recognizing parts of the person I used to be.

This season feels different.

I’m finding my confidence again. I’m moving my body again. I’m playing again. I’m getting comfortable taking up space again.

I’m not trying to become who I was.

I’m getting to know who I am now.

And honestly? I really like her.

One of the hardest things you can do to yourself is never live up to your potential.

Not because someone else decided what your life should look like—but because deep down, you know what you’re capable of.

Your standards are yours to set.

Your growth is yours to pursue.

Don’t spend your life shrinking yourself to fit into expectations that were never meant for you.

Become the person you know you can be.

Grind. Grow. Repeat.

But while you’re doing it, keep your mind open and your heart loving.

Be willing to learn. Be willing to change your perspective. Be willing to admit when you don’t know something.

Success doesn’t require you to lose your softness.

Grow without becoming hardened by the journey.

Some days we’re tired.
Some days we’re sore.
Some days we’re completely drained.

And sometimes that doesn’t mean it’s time to quit.

Sometimes it means pause. Breathe. Rest for a moment. Then keep going.

You don’t have to move at full speed every day to still be moving forward.

A reminder: you’re doing amazing exactly where you are.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to be where someone else is. Every day gives you another opportunity to learn, adjust, grow, and become more aligned with who you want to be.

Give yourself some credit for making it this far.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep becoming.

You don’t have to completely transform your life overnight.

All you have to be is 1% better than you were yesterday.

One better choice.
One healthier thought.
One more attempt.
One small step.

Give yourself permission to grow slowly. It still counts.

My kind of therapy looks a little different. Sometimes it’s spinning on poles just because it’s fun. Sometimes it’s getting my hands dirty on a farm, wandering around the city, laughing with my people, or simply being outside and moving my body.

Healing doesn’t always look like sitting still. Sometimes it looks like PLAY. Movement. Nature. Community. Freedom.

I’m learning to let joy be part of my healing, too.

Sometimes happiness is found in the little rituals we create for ourselves.

A candle after a long day.
A warm herbal tea.
A relaxing bath.
Meeting new people at a local market.

Come visit The Holistic Elephant at our upcoming pop-ups and discover products created with intention to support your self-care journey.

✨ I’d love to meet you.

When was the last time you asked yourself… what truly makes me happy?

Not what impresses others.
Not what keeps you busy.
Not what’s expected of you.

Just… what brings you peace?

Maybe it’s a quiet cup of tea.
A walk outside.
Creating something with your hands.
Time with people you love.

I’d love to know—what makes you happy? 🌿
