๐ตEstimated turnaround time for custom DTF orders are a ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ of 2-3 business days. In slower months (Spring & Summer) turnaround can be longer than usual. Please plan your orders accordingly! Please note that this can change at any time due to holiday seasons, vacations, printer issues, computer issues, etc. We will try to notify customers of any delays that we know are upcoming, but sometimes that is not possible. If you need an order by a specific date, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ผ๐๐! We will work with you to get them earlier, if possible, but we cannot guarantee dates.
๐ฃBy emailing us your file, you are ensuring that you have the legal rights to reproduce the file.
๐ข Artwork files MUST be in PNG format (high quality) with a transparent background. Files must be emailed to [email protected]. โ
A phone number where we can contact you. If a phone number is not included, then we will contact you via email (check your spam folder).
โ
Quantity needed of each design.
โ
Specific width you need each design to be (in inches, not by shirt size). Height will be uniform unless specified otherwise.
โ
PLEASE NOTE: We do not print any DTFs over 14โ (tall or wide), since they will not fit on a 15โ x 15โ heat press (the most common size heat press). A heat press is required for application of our DTFs, as stated by the manufacturer. Designs over 14โ do not allow for the proper heat and pressure application to correctly apply the DTF.
๐ฃYour order will be confirmed by email. If you don't see an email from us in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
๐ Designs 11" and over are considered plus sized. Designs over 12" are oversized and will be subjected to an additional upcharge (+$2 each for designs 12"+, +$3 each for designs 13"+, +$4 for designs 14"+) .
๐ขIf you need a DTF printed that is 15" or larger, you will be charged the price of a 22" X 24" gang sheet ($28.00). These are so large that it doesn't leave enough space for any other designs. Also, please note, we do not recommend making designs over 14" because they cannot be properly applied with a 15" X 15" heat press.
๐ตYouth designs are 8" and under.
๐กFor gang sheet pricing, files MUST be complete and ready to print!
๐ดCustom orders require pre-payment!
Once your order has been sent to the printer, there are NO cancellations and NO returns/exchanges.
๐ตPLEASE NOTE: We do ๐๐๐ proofread artwork! You must proofread your artwork BEFORE you email it to us. You also need to ensure the quality of your artwork BEFORE you email it to us! We print directly from your file, and what you send us is what will print. If your artwork looks blurry on your computer screen, it will print the exact same way. Please keep in mind that thin lines in artwork do NOT print well!
๐ดWe reserve the right to refuse to print any designs that are deemed offensive, i.e. any designs that promote drug use, profanity, hate speech, violence, offensive language, etc.
Thank you for your understanding!
