Next Saturday, 11/2/24 at 3pm - Join us for an afternoon concert of flute and orchestral works!

William Abbott Concert Hall, Kleinpell Fine Arts, University of Wisconsin River Falls. Tickets available at the door: $8 adults/$5 seniors/$2 students.

The St. Croix Valley Symphony Orchestra will feature UWRF pianist Gustavo Ibarro in the Liszt Piano Concerto No. 2, as a highlighted event of the Piano Festival at the University of Wisconsin River Falls, Saturday, November 2, 3:00 pm Also on the program will be Denny McGinn, Wagner Tuba, playing the Irish classic, Donegal Bay. Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante in E flat, K. 364, will highlight the talents of Michael Miller, violin and John Rose, viola. Egmont Overture by Beethoven is also on this program directed by Dr. Kristin Tjornehoj, alongside the St. Croix Valley Flute Choir, led by Denny Hartung, MD, featuring works by Wagner, Schubert, and more.
