“Nina is the Co - Host of How to Be Human Podcast, an Intuitive Guide, Tarot Reader, Reiki Master, and Certified Movement + Meditation Teacher.

Her work centers around helping clients see themselves and redefine what is possible. She believes in the power of movement, stillness, and commitment. She guides but more importantly empowers people to hold healthy boundaries, live in their truth and align with their highest purpose.

Nina's upbringing deeply influenced her approach to healing.

After many years in the Entertainment + Fashion industry, she knew it was time to pursue a healthier way of life. She studied and received her Yoga + Meditation Certificate at New York Yoga and was thrilled to start her private wellness practice in Manhattan in 2014.

Nina later moved to Mexico when she realized the city was no longer serving her. While living abroad she lead over 50 global retreats, teaching yoga and reading tarot for people from all walks of life.

Nina will be forever grateful for that time and the clarity and space that came with it.

She is deeply committed to this work and feels it’s an honor and a privilege to provide grounded, supportive space for people to heal and grow.

She is currently based in New York with her husband, son and puppy.”

I am so grateful I got to spend hours this past weekend creating, collabing, laughing, and dancing with for a piece that has been on hold for nearly three years. Let me take you on a little journey back to 2019.

At Momentum 2019, Heather and I roomed together for the event, and I during our time there, I asked her if she’d like to collaborate on a duet with me for Bridge Street 2020. When she said yes, I was giddy with excitement to create with someone I’ve loved and admired for years and had now gotten to know as a dear friend.

Although we had to wait three years to make it and perform it, this is the time that feels the most “right”, this is the set that we feel was “meant to be created”.

We are over the moon to share our story and dance with you on June 18 at - come see it live! And for those of you far away folk...you know we’ll have you covered, too. 😌😎

You are invited to join Concerts for Tots and Ms. Becky from Heartspace Yoga for a special event of yoga and live music about animals! Caretakers and children participate in yoga together! No experience necessary:) Feel free to come dressed up as your favorite animal or come as you are! Classical music, about animals, children's songs and more!

All proceeds will be donated to UNICEF to help children in Ukraine.
