Create disciplines of ballet training in your class. Hair and dress code observed, Quiet arrival and stretching before class, if you're late wait to be invited to join, during class... no sound except movement, instructor and music, applause for the instructor upon reverence. - Sometimes we feel funny teaching these disciplines but it's so very important... it's part of our art and part of training as a dancer. Pass it on... if we don't - no one will -

This week we have been bringing a little extra inspiration into our dance classes by sharing dance news and watching short videos. In honor of black history month, this one especially inspired our Dance Artistry!
