As another Melon Festival draws to a close, we want to thank our amazing community for making this event possible. The Festival is a labor of love each year and we're so thankful to our Howell Recreation staff, volunteers, and amazing community sponsors for making the festival a reality year after year!

Thanks for another awesome Howell Melon Festival! We'll see you next year!

WE ARE OFFICIALLY SOLD OUT!

That’s a wrap on Howell Melon Ice Cream for 2026!

Both our individual cups AND 48 oz Family Size containers officially sold out, including both Jonna's Market locations!

A HUGE thank you to our incredible community for showing up and supporting the Howell Rotary Club during the Howell Melon Festival. Every purchase helps us continue supporting scholarships, youth programs, community projects, and so much more right here in our community.

We couldn’t continue this Howell tradition without all of you. Until next year! 💙💛

Melon Ice Cream is now SOLD OUT at all locations (including Jonna’s Market).

We’re keeping a close eye on the weather this afternoon. There is a possible storm cell expected between approximately 2:30–3:30 PM.

Please put safety first and keep an eye on the weather as well. If the storm moves through as expected, we’d love to have everyone come back out afterward and enjoy the Melon Festival with us until 5:00 PM!

We’ll continue monitoring conditions and share updates if anything changes.
