Home to the Tribble School for the Performing Arts and The Bridge Program. Queensbury Theatre, formerly Country Playhouse, was founded in early 1956 and settled in various locations around Houston over the years. In 1981, the theatre finally found a place to call home in Town & Country on Queensbury Lane. Queensbury Theatre is Houston's professional theater outside of the 610 Loop.

Mean Girls just gave us a sold-out, record-breaking reminder of what’s possible when artists, audiences, educators, and our community come together.

Now we’re looking beyond the stage.
Queensbury Theatre is seeking passionate, connected, and community-minded leaders to join our Board of Directors and Advisory Board and help shape the future of our professional Main Stage and Tribble School for the Performing Arts

We’re looking for people who can bring more than a love of theatre. We’re looking for ideas, connections, expertise, advocacy, and a willingness to help us grow.
