***UPDATE***
Due to the heightened precautions all around the world, we have decided it is best to cancel The Blueprint Festival for this year to make sure everyone is safe and also to keep things fair to those who would not be able to attend due to restricted travel. We apologize for the delayed update and the inconvenience this might have caused for many of you who have already purchased flights and hotels. We wanted to make sure we made the right decision before cancelling since we do not have the option to postpone or reschedule. That being said, we will be picking up where we left off April 2021. Until then, stay safe and healthy and we'll see you all on the dance floor next year!

This episode is a continuation of the first podcast with Ragland, Shadow and Ladybug along side special guest Chris 'Colcutz' Gamez.

Any time you hear about history it is often in bits and pieces because of the vast amounts of information that not only covers years but decades. Therefore, by going over some of the previous content we try to focus our attention on giving a visual time frame through the years.

The Blueprint presents: Origins

Origins is a podcast series documenting dance history (house and hip hop) in major cities within the states. Given that Houston is the home of 'The Blueprint' we begin our journey in our own hometown.

Although there are many dancers that are able to speak on the subject, some of which we will be interviewing in the future, this episode will revolve around Ragland, Shadow and Ladybugs stories as they remember it.

It is important to know your history (past) in order to appreciate the present.
