Houston Latin American Philharmonic The Houston Latin American Philharmonic, a non-profit organization, is a professional full-size orchestra created to promote and elevate Latin American music.

A professional orchestra created to educate the community about Latin American Culture by presenting concerts, lectures, masterclasses, and workshops that promote and elevate Latin American music, musicians, and composers. The Houston Latin American Philharmonic, known as the Latin Phil, is governed by a board of directors. The Latin Phil is led by American-Venezuelan maestro Glenn Garrido.
