-We take the safety of our actors and technicians into our hands. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to be found inside of the backstage area before, during, or after performances. The consequence is immediate removal by our on-site officer. Parents if you wish to contact her children from backstage you will need to speak with the house management and have them send a traveler back to retrieve them. This is a no tolerance rule with no exceptions unless it is a concern of health.
-Food & Drink
Food and drink is prohibited in any of the Westside theaters. Food and drink may be consumed in the hallways outside of the theaters. No admission will be permitted with food in hand.
-Video & Voice Recording
Purchasing a ticket to any Westside Theatre Production Co. show, is implied consent to the full understanding that our performances are copyrighted. Video and Voice recording is strictly prohibited. These actions are taken seriously and able to be fined in a court of law. Royalties to these performances prohibit video and voice recording from the audience. An officer is on site and prepared to eject you from the audience or ticket you if needed.
-Photography
We understand that you wish to take pictures of your children during their performances however, flash photography and regular photography is strictly prohibited during performances. We reserve one night (the last night) of performances "Photo Call Night" to taking photos at the end of show. Flash photography and regular photography will not be tolerated during any performance the consequence is immediate ejection from the audience. You can also be placed on a list and banned from future shows.
-Will-call Tickets. If you have reserved tickets that are paid for in full, you may pick them up at the time of show or at will. Tickets that are reserved but not paid for in full are subject to sale. Tickets that are reserved and will call but are not picked up may result in cancellation and non-refund.
-Ticket Returns
All Westside Theatre Production Co. tickets are backed with a 100% moneyback guarantee. If you wish to refund your ticket all you will need is the entire ticket with the ticket stub attached. If the performance and concern is viewed, as shown by the removal of a ticket stub a refund or return is not applicable. Officer Contact:
