Experience a morning of relaxation, reflection, and creative expression. This free gathering blends gentle movement, guided meditation, and live music to help you reconnect with your body and mind.

Live music by percussionist Bensen Kwan, guided meditation with Diane Pittman, and movement led by yoga instructor Sarah Dyer-Jones.
No prior experience or movement training is required. All are welcome to come experience the rhythm, stillness, and community.

On March 22 at 2 PM, ConTempo Studios is excited to present a specially curated Lenten Recital, in collaboration with The Heights Church. This program features an incredible lineup of musicians, bringing together artistry and meaning in a way that’s thoughtful, welcoming, and accessible for everyone.

Whether you love classical music or are simply curious to experience something new, this concert is for you!!

Grateful for a beautiful afternoon of music and reflection at our Lenten recital at St. Paul’s 🌼 🎶

Thank you to St. Paul’s Chamber Music Society for sponsoring this free lunchtime recital and making this experience possible.

It was wonderful to share music alongside moments for journaling and drawing within the program. Seeing how warmly everyone received and engaged with these reflective elements made the afternoon especially meaningful.
