Sound like your kind of exercise math? Bayou City Zumba (R) Dance Fitness classes use Latin-inspired dance moves to keep you smiling while you sweat. The Bayou City Fencing Academy is probably on your way home if you live in southwest Houston, and the new classes are friendly to adults with child care and elder care responsibilities. Louise Lepie, owner of Houston's Bayou City Fencing Academy, is

bringing ZUMBA (R) fitness classes for adults (ages 18 and over) to the Meyerland location, but she is adding a family-friendly twist. Participants with child care and elder care responsibilities in the evening can now exercise in a Zumba (R) fitness class while their school age children complete homework, read or play games at the tables in the lobby. Participants caring for their aging parents are welcome to bring Mom and Dad, who can sit at the back of the class or in the lobby.

Fencing Academy is having a Tournament on the month of April.
Custom metal applications need to be installed on the floor; therefore Zumba classes at the Studio have to be postponed.
We will be back at the dance floor on Monday MAY 6th.
