The Ugly Xmas Sweater Musical first premiered right here at TUTS in 2023, and now we’re so excited to share that it is officially available for licensing!

There’s something pretty special about watching a show that began on our stage grow beyond Houston and get the chance to find new audiences, new communities and new stages!

From its first stitches in Houston to wherever it goes next… we can’t wait to see where this wonderfully ugly sweater travels 🎄

Week one of our Student New Works Series is in the books! Our students brought PARTICLE to life with talent, energy, and heart.

Now, we’re gearing up for our second premiere: Lake Normal. In just one week, our students will collaborate with professional playwrights, composers, and directors, create original characters and brand-new songs, and end the week with a performance for a full audience.

This isn’t just a summer theatre intensive, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance to work with Broadway-level artists, build confidence, and create something never seen before.
