I am now offering custom beat packs! You can either get 15, 10, or 5 beats made from scratch in whatever genre or style you want 🥁 For example you could request:

•5 guitar centered Afro beats
•5 emotional piano trap beats
•5 upbeat pop beats with disco/funk influence

You can get as creative with it as you want (I’ve executed some pretty out there requests before lol). All beats would be made offline and sent to you as opposed to my custom beats over Zoom.

Pricing would be as follows:

•Elite Pack- 15 beats $1,000
•Ultimate Pack- 10 beats $800
•Starter Pack- 5 beats $500

Mixing/mastering is available for 50% off (Extra $100 per song). Exclusive rights are included (50/50 pub split). Each beat gets 1 free revision. 50% deposit required to start.

I found this video of two producers and two rappers being challenged to both produce, write, and record a song in a crunched timeframe. The purpose of it was to settle the debate between who needs who more. I hear this debate a lot and here are my thoughts on it from the comment I left on the video:

“Bro please make this a series this is amazing! Everyone had such good energy and pushed themselves out of the comfort zone 💯

I definitely think that when it comes to artists & producers we need to get rid of the us vs them mindset. We are meant to be a unit to bring forth a common goal: to make great music! With that being said I think stepping into each other’s shoes really helps bring new perspectives in your own craft. For example, a producer getting in the mindset of the artist will allow them new perspectives on how to produce and the artist learns more about production which can change how they write a song.

I also think that when you focus on being a musician at the core, it makes navigating other areas of music easier. For example, I am originally classically trained and play multiple instruments which made learning production and beat making easier. After a lot of practice in beat making, engineering became an interest. And after a lot of practice engineering other artists I started using my own life experiences to write songs. Who knows where I’ll be lead to next 🙌🏼

If you’re given a budget of $10K to spend on your music promotion. How would you allot the money ?🤔 Here’s how I would:

I would hire a dope videographer and pay them to help me make a lot of short form content then post and run small ads to see what performs best. Once I have a handful of videos promoting my production services and can see what is getting the most engagement I’d run ads on that content heavy. The ads would be a call engagement to my website where I would offer them something of value in exchange for their info (name email number). After a while I would have a large network outside of social media

I think a lot of people think mixing is “fixing” which is a small part of it but I look at it more like “enhancing” what’s already there. This is why I preach getting the best possible take at the source 💯
