Heights Art Studios & Gallery (HASG) is a full scale art gallery that offers art studio space to artists and art professionals. We showcase art work, host community related events and exhibitions, and provide an opportunity to join a vital group of artists by offering work studios and gallery wall spacel. Studio renters work on an independent basis to produce their art work. Studio space can be used but not limited to painting, multimedia, photography, garment making and more.

Studio Space Available at The Heights Art Studios & Gallery

The Heights Art Studios & Gallery, located at 208 East 27th Street (77008) in The Heights, has one studio available beginning June 1st.

The studio measures approximately 14 feet deep by 10 feet wide and includes a mezzanine storage area. Features include:

• 24-hour access• Private parking• Wi-Fi included• All utilities included (no additional bills)• 6-month or 1-year lease options available

The space is intended as a working studio only and is not a living space. It is ideal for artists, tattoo artists, and other creative professionals. (Please note that music-related activities are not permitted.) This studio is currently being rented by a tattoo artist.

Rent: $750 per month

We have a small studio ready to be rented right now here inside the ‘Heights Art Studios & Gallery’
Rent is $450 a month (+one month deposit), it includes all utilities, wifi, 24 hours access, parking inside the front gate (if not full, rarely does get full), it has a comfortable lobby inside the art gallery space where you can greet you clients. What is this studio good for? Artists of any kind (but music), tattoo artists, a small office etc. also the restroom and a sink that artists use is next to this studio. This weekend, Saturday October 25 starting at 6:30pm, the ‘Heights Art Studios & Gallery’ is having a group art exhibit opening and you are invited! At 214 E. 27th. Street, Houston 77008 (in the Heights)
-This is a free event-

Queridos amigos de Houston,
Acuérdense que mañana Sábado 23 de Agosto, a partir de las 6 de la tarde y hasta las 9:30 de la noche les tengo la muestra completa de la colección de mis cuadros, los que voy a presentar en el consulado dominicano el 2 de Septiembre próximo, será sólo un día esto aqui en Houston porque casi en seguida los cuadros salen para Miami.
La muestra de Miami deben ser mínimo 20 cuadros pero tengo 33 así es que si alguno de ellos a alguien le interesa lo puede adquirir.
Esta actividad es completamente informal, donde? Donde siempre he hecho mis exposiciones; ‘Heights Art Studios & Gallery’ 214 E 27 Street
