Let’s Do the Time Warp Again! RICHARD O’BRIEN’S THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW Returns to Art Factory!
The tradition continues at Art Factory, as our raucous production of THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW makes its triumphant return! Brad Majors and Janet Weiss are just your average, everyday couple. Newly engaged, they trek out on a dark and stormy night, to deliver their happy news to a former science teacher. When a flat tire leads them to the foreboding doors of an ill-placed gothic castle, their lives are transformed forever. Hike up those fishnets and strap on those stilettos for this raunchy ride through sexual awakening! Art Factory encourages costumes and call-outs, making this production a fully immersive and high-octane night of zany, sexy fun! The production will culminate with an extra-spooky final performance on Halloween night!
ROCKY HORROR stars Colton Berry as Dr. Frank’N’Furter, Luke J. Hamilton as Brad Majors, Julia Noble as Janet Weiss, Guinevere Holland as Riff Raff, Chloe Ridolfo as Magenta, Sethe Nguyen as Columbia, Alex Koby as Rocky, Nicole Robinson as Eddie/Dr. Scott, and Caryn Fulda as The Narrator. This year’s revival also features Abigail Boyce, Verere Igharha, Marisa Sanchez, Sobo Tariah, Adora Teboh, and Athena Try as The Phantoms. This bombastic new production is directed and designed by Colton Berry, with choreography by Luke J. Hamilton, and music direction by Jane Volke.
RICHARD O’BRIEN’S THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW runs October 16 through 25 with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performances at 8:00 p.m as well as a special Halloween performance on Saturday, October 31, at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are available at www.ArtFactoryHouston.com/tickets or at the door. Art Factory is located just north of downtown at The Docks at 1125 Providence Street, Houston, Texas. Free onsite parking is available.
