KnowBreaks KnowBreaks is a Breaking program dedicated to elevating expression through the discipline of Breaking, while illuminating the arts and culture of Hip Hop.

Today was his first time ever achieving his 1 windmill without tapping his foot and holding the stab at the end. He got up and said “I did it!” One of the best feelings, achievement!
