🚌 School is back in session, and we’re ready to make the theater your classroom! Explore HGO’s student offerings:

STUDENT TICKETS 🎟️ Get special $25 pricing with a valid student ID! A limited number of student tickets are available, on sale one month before each opera’s opening night.

STUDENT MATINEE 🎭 Grades 4–8 are invited to a special, abridged performance of The Magic Flute on Friday, Feb. 12! This 90-minute masterpiece is sensory-friendly, and bilingual in English and Spanish.

HIGH SCHOOL NIGHT 🌙 It’s the most energetic show of the season! High school groups are invited to a grand night out at Show Boat on Tuesday, May 4.

MUSIC-STORIES-OPERA ☀️ Join us at Miller Outdoor Theater on Sept. 22, 23, and 24 at 11 a.m.! This free, interactive show is a perfect introduction to the magic of opera.

DANCER AUDITIONS! 📣 We are seeking 14 corps dancers for a new production of Aida from director Kaneza Schaal, with choreography by Kayla Farrish. Auditions take place on August 22, with callbacks on August 23.

Dancers should be comfortable in a range of styles. Within the 14, we are seeking four femme dancers with experience in Bhangra, Kali, or Bharatanatyam, and three masc dancers with experience in Rwandan Intore dance.
