Robert Underwood Memorial service

Sunday, March 1st, 2pm @ Cypress Creek Christian Church. 6823 Cypresswood Drive, Spring 77379.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in Robert's memory to his non-profit performing company Ballet Theatre Houston.

Our darling Robert died last night, surrounded by sisters Judy, Mary and Kathleen, nephew Michael, partner Ronald and good friend Breland. Although we will miss him every day for the rest of our lives we take solace in knowing he is no longer in pain.

We thank you for the outpouring of love shown to him in his final days. Not many people are ever lucky enough to know how much they have meant to others. The night before he died he was restless so Mary read his cards to him until midnight when he was finally able to sleep. We have been overwhelmed by your wonderful cards, letters, texts and Facebook posts. He has always loved flowers (he was planning his spring garden while in the hospital) and your beautiful bouquets cheered him immensely. The food you so lovingly provided enabled us to spend our time with him and we are very grateful.

We are in the initial stage of planning his memorial service and will keep you informed via Facebook. If we do not respond immediately to your calls or texts, please know we will get back to you when we can.

He lives now in the hearts and memories he leaves behind.
