Over the last five years, Ricardo has become an incredible leader and role model for our team. As the current Manager of our West University location, his accomplishments speak for themselves—earning a spot in the Top 40 of the World Cup Series in just his second year, receiving the prestigious Freddy Award, and being recognized multiple times as one of the Top Instructors in the Nation.

But what truly sets Ricardo apart isn’t the awards—it’s his **passion** for what he does and the genuine care he has for his students and clients. He loves helping people grow, succeed, and achieve things they never thought possible.

One of the greatest lessons we can learn from Ricardo is the power of listening, staying coachable, and trusting the process. Success doesn’t happen overnight—it comes from showing up every day with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What an incredible night! ✨
A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to our Open House Party this month — the energy, the smiles, the dancing… everything was just amazing 💃🕺
