Ventured into the realm of chicken korma this evening (thanx New york Times cooking for the inspiration)... I'm just a girl who grew up in the bayou city with family in East Texas so the only analogy I can come up with is someone in India trying to make corn pudding with an online recipe, no cast iron skillet or boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix in the grocery... but to my palate it was yummy, packed full of cauliflower and peas, served with brown rice and lentils... and yeah, yeah... it should be white w**e with chicken, but the bottle of red was open...
