🍕 Pac-Man: Developed in 1979 by Toru Iwatani and team, Pac-Man's pizza-inspired character was designed to appeal to all genders. It was renamed for its North American launch to prevent vandalism.

🪜 Mario Bros Super Mario: Shigeru Miyamoto created Mario during the development of Donkey Kong, inspired by the success of games like Pac-Man. Initially planning to use Popeye characters, he instead created Mario, Donkey Kong, and Pauline.

🍉 Fruit Ninja: Luke Muscat, inspired by late-night TV knife ads, created Fruit Ninja. The simple yet addictive game of slicing fruit mid-air became a global hit.

🏃‍♂️ Temple Run: Developed by Keith Shepherd and Natalia Luckyanova of Imangi Studios, Temple Run's fixed perspective and challenging gameplay were inspired by iconic structures like the Great Wall of China and Aztec temples.
