Follow the dream!

Am we really traveling to Colombia? Am we really teaching Conscious Breathing in Colombia?? YES!!! We are!!

Sebastian:
- I always smile with my genuin 10 year old self when I remember how much I wanted to be a Rock star!! - voy a viajar por todo el mundo (gonna travel the world) this and that! Right after maybe jumping in the shower for a very long solo off-tuned singing concert.

Well, as many of you know, music and for the most part, live music has always been part of my Breathwork practices, so it was some time ago when I Realized that I was on a stage, rock and rolling a breathwork practice and having the time of my life!! (Look at all pictures in this post)

Gratetful for my choices, Conscious and unconscious ones, they brought me here!! Maybe not as a rock start In the way that 10 year old imagined, but as my as a BreathStar. That is who we are, stars that are breathing. (Thanks for always finding the coolest words. - BreathStar 💫

En realidad estoy viajando a Colombia? estoy en Colombia enseñando respiración consciente? Sii, sii estoy!!

Siempre sonrió con mi recuerdo de cuando tenia 10 años y quería ser una estrella de rock!! - voy a viajar por el mundo, voy a hacer esto y aquiello!! Haha 😅🥰 justo antes de quizá meterme a la ducha por un muy largo concierto con voz desafinada.

Como muchos de ustedes saben, la música e incluso música en vivo siempre ha sido un un factor muy importante en mis practicas de respiración. Bueno, pues hace unos años me encontré en una tarima, Rock & Rolleando una práctica de respiración, y teniendo uno de los mejores momentos de mi vida!! (Mirar todas las fotos de este post)

Me siento agradecido por mis decisiones, conscientes o inconscientes, pues me han traído a este momento. Quizá no como Rock Star que se imagino mi niño interior de 10 años, pero si como una BreathStar (estrella de respiracion) haha suena muy diferente en español, pero lo recibo, finalmente eso somos, estrellas respirando!!
