With the opening of his namesake Hugo's restaurant in 2002, Chef Hugo Ortega introduced Houston to the ultimate Mexican brunch buffet and changed the way Houston does . When Caracol and Xochi opened, each established their own Sunday buffets, and now URBE is following in our sister restaurant's footsteps.

Beginning this Sunday, October 13, we will offer a Mexican Street Food Buffet with full service from 10 am to 3 pm featuring many of our most popular items, all made from scratch in-house including Quesabirria, Taquitos de Pollo, Pozole Verde, Enchiladas, Carnitas, Barbacoa, Chilaquiles, Ceviches & Cocteles, Tamales, Tres Leches, Flan de Queso, Pan Dulce y mas!

There will also be live music by DJ Jay P.
