Any space can turn out to be your performance space, including a dental office 😊

I got called to do a surprise performance for this lady, who is a dentist, on her birthday.

I was there to play for her hers favorite songs, caught her attention before her kids secretly sneaked in and gave her big hugs and a flower bouquet. It is always so joyful to be a part of these sweet moments. 

So happy to get to perform with these great musicians!

One morning, I got a special request to do a birthday gift from a lady. She made an international phone call from Guatemala and asked me to arrange a string duo and show up in her Dad's garden in Houston to perform for him as a surprise gift for his 80th birthday.

And here was how that day went ~

In the end, I am thankful to have music, to get to meet new people and cheering them up by surprise. :)

2020 may not be the best year, but here and there, good things are still happening.

I am thankful and thrilled beyond words to share that I got sellected to be the receipient for the grant from the Mid-America Arts Alliance.

I am sending my deepest appreciation to the Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs and the Houston City Council Representative for providing this funding opportunity and supporting local musicians in the Greater Houston Area.
