One of the most powerful reminders from Meghan Sanett at THE LAB. ✨

As dancers, it can be easy to put pressure on ourselves to be perfect, get every correction immediately, or prove something every time we step into the room.
But growth happens when we give ourselves permission to learn and to fail.

Take a moment, listen to the wisdom, and remember that class is not a performance. It's a space to explore, make mistakes, ask questions, and become a stronger version of yourself.

Thank you, Meghan, for sharing such an important perspective with our dancers. ❤️

Happy National Tap Dance Day 👞✨

Today we celebrate the rhythm makers, the storytellers, and the artists who turn sound into movement. Tap dance is more than technique… it’s history, expression, community, and joy.

At HTX Connect, we love honoring every style that continues to inspire connection through dance, and tap will always hold a special place in that conversation. 🤍

Here’s to the dancers and educators keeping the tradition alive while pushing the art form forward. Keep making noise. 👏
