Now that our 2025-2026 dance season has come to a close and I have had a day to rest and reflect I’d like to offer a few thoughts.
Number one, WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I am so extremely proud of what we were able to accomplish and achieve together!!! From our teaching staff to our students, from GDAD parents in the studio to friends and family, WE DID IT!!!!!!! WE ALL DID IT!!!!!!!
Every year a parent or two will come up to me after the show is over and say, “That was awesome!” and “How will you ever top this one???!!!”
I usually have an answer or an idea in the back of my head. Well…
this year…
I think y’all are right. I can’t count how many people have come up to me and said, “You will never be able to top that one!” You all may be right.
THIS RECITAL WAS EPIC!!!!!!!
Was it perfect, No! But some of it sure was close!!! Did it check the boxes you have come to expect from a GDAD RECITAL, ABSOLUTELY!!! Was it different? Was it quick paced? Was it entertaining? YES YES YESSSSSSS!!!
But this one just hit differently!!!
Once again I just want to say thank you to EVERYONE who had a part in this and thank you to all the parents who trust us with your children. Without EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU, this wouldn’t have happened. 🙏🙏🙏
And Hey!!!!!! To all you Alumni!!!!! Next year is our 25th baby!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR AN UPCOMING ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!!!
