Get ready for some Louisiana rock in the heart of Downtown Houma!

Louisiana LeRoux is joining the Bayou Arts Fest lineup on Saturday, October 10, bringing decades of Louisiana rock, Southern soul and unmistakable Gulf Coast sound to the stage at 6 p.m.

From “New Orleans Ladies” to “Take a Ride on a Riverboat,” this is one you’re going to want to sing along to.

And there’s more to come. We’ll be revealing more of this year’s artist lineup throughout the week!

🎸 ZEBRA IS HEADED TO BAYOU ARTS FEST!

Celebrating 50 years of music, legendary rock band Zebra is bringing its 50th Anniversary Tour to Downtown Houma as the headliner of Bayou Arts Fest on Saturday, October 10!

Get ready for a full day of arts, music, theater and culture throughout Downtown Houma, capped off by an unforgettable night with Zebra. They take the stage at 8pm!

And there’s plenty more music to come. We’ll be revealing more of this year’s artist lineup throughout the week, so stay tuned!

Bayou Arts Fest is coming to Downtown Houma on Saturday, October 10, and we’re looking for some amazing volunteers to help us make this year’s festival a success!

It takes a LOT of helping hands to put on a full day of art, music, culture and community — and there’s a spot for everyone! 🙌

We would LOVE to have you as part of the Bayou Arts Fest team.

And don’t worry — volunteering doesn’t mean you have to miss the festival! We have different shifts available so you can lend a hand and still have plenty of time to enjoy the art, food, Culture Collective and incredible live music — including Zebra, LeRoux, and more! 🎸

Every child who wants to make music deserves an instrument to play.

But for some local students, the cost of an instrument can mean the difference between joining the school band and watching from the sidelines.

That’s where Notes for Kids comes in.

Through this Bayou Regional Arts Council program, musical instruments are placed directly into the hands of local students who need them, giving more children the chance to learn, perform, belong and discover a love of music.

And this year, one Bayou Arts Fest sponsorship can help make that happen for at least two children.

The Parade of Flags Sponsorship is $1,000, with each sponsorship providing musical instruments for at least two students in need at local schools. In recognition of that support, the sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on a feather flag along the main festival route.

One flag. At least two instruments. And opportunities that can last far beyond one day.
