The Community Outreach Program Office (COPO) @ Shrimpers Row serves as a welcoming resource hub for Tribal citizens and non-Tribal residents across Grand Caillou, Dulac, Petit Caillou, and Chauvin. The Community Outreach Program Office (COPO) @ Shrimpers Row was created to serve as a welcoming resource hub for the entire community and a Tribal office for the Grand Caillou/Dulac Tribe. The space is generously provided by the Grand Caillou/Dulac Tribe, with the COPO serving both Tribal citizens and non-Tribal residents across Grand Caillou, Dulac, Petit Caillou, and Chauvin. Through COPO, we provide access to essential services, disaster recovery support, cultural education, and community-based programs designed to meet people where they are. Our mission is grounded in inclusivity, connection, and care ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors feels supported, respected, and part of something bigger.
