In 2005, Albert Pierre and Justin Verdin met with Kendal Brunet to start the Brickhouse Brawls. In 2006, In Ya Face Fight Productions LLC was born, and that’s when it all became real after the arrival of our brand-new cage. What started as a platform for local fighters in the Tri-Parish area has grown into something much bigger over the years.
For 20 years, In Ya Face Fight Productions LLC has remained the longest-running fight promotion in Louisiana, and we’re still going strong.
On June 20th, we celebrate our 20-Year Anniversary with CWC 40 at the Houma Civic Center.
For two decades, we’ve brought entertainment to the Tri-Parish area while giving fighters from all over a platform to showcase their skills in our small towns. This is where it starts for many fighters chasing their dreams.
We’ve had fighters begin their journey here, become champions, and move on to compete in major promotions, even reaching the UFC.
We are thankful for every fighter and every fight team that has supported us throughout the years, and we look forward to many more years ahead. None of this would have been possible without the incredible fighters who stepped into the cage and ring and trusted us.
THANK YOU to all of our sponsors and fans for supporting us for so long and staying loyal to a locally built promotion. It truly means a lot to us.
Special thanks to Kendal Brunet and Jessica Martello, the very first supporters who sponsored the early Brickhouse Brawls events through The Old Brick House and A1 Bail Bonds.
Most importantly, thank you to Shannon Folse for taking over and helping run the show, along with our entire team working behind the scenes to make every event happen. There is so much that goes into an event, hanging posters, setting up tables and chairs, building the cage, and countless other tasks that often go unnoticed but are deeply appreciated.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey and part of the family. Here’s to 20 years, and many more to come. 👊🔥
