The splash pad at Future Splash Pad at David F. Watkins Memorial Tunnel Park is still fundraising for an inclusive, free splash pad at Watkins Park! Park Avenue Community Association has raised a total of $57,955.82 and construction costs keep rising, so we will continue fundraising until this dream for our neighborhood becomes a reality!

Splash Pad Friends! Park Avenue Community Association just placed an order for the first piece of equipment for the splash pad! A shower dome! Huge thanks to everyone who has helped this project along, including Hot Springs Area Community Foundation and Weyerhaeuser!
The top will be blue and the post will be lime green to complement the playground equipment at the park!

Park Avenue Community Association was a recipient of the Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund for the purpose of building a splash pad at David Watkins Park at 811 Park Avenue. Park Avenue has been granted $10,000 from the Giving Fund. PACA is proud to have Weyerhaeuser as a supporter of our organization and the Splash Pad. The community association has been fundraising for the splash pad, a water feature that provides safe, inclusive fun for neighbors and visitors.
