I remember when I first started belly dancing. I remember my husband, now X, telling me he was embarrassed that I was doing that. He told me he was embarrassed because his friends were asking him how he could let his wife belly dance. And I'm of an older generation when men thought they could tell us stuff like that. What are your thoughts?

It's so weird to me that this page has anything on it that I haven't posted. I look at it and it's showing all kinds of stuff that I have no idea what any of it is. But It's been a minute since I've posted personally. I'm on here to say that I appreciate all of y'all who've danced with me in the past. I appreciate all y'all who trusted me with and on your journey. You are each and every one of you beautiful goddesses. Honestly, I like to think that we all brought out the best in each other. Steamtown Belly Dance went through a period of hibernation. And I think it was the right thing for all of us. But we're coming back now bigger and stronger than ever. We're bringing the dance back. Bigger and bolder than ever. And we are going to make magic happen... because of you we always have. Come hang out with us!
