There’s something really special about being part of the Park Avenue neighborhood. It is one of Hot Springs most historic and distinctive neighborhoods, stretching alongside the forestland of Hot Springs National Park. It’s a place where city streets meet mountain trails, where old homes and historic businesses live alongside new ideas, and where generations of people have poured their time, creativity, and care into making this neighborhood what it is today.
Park Avenue has always been a place of movement and gathering. From the days when travelers arrived along this historic route to Hot Springs, to the neighborhood’s long history of homes, businesses, tourist courts, parks, and community spaces, this little stretch of town has continually reinvented itself while holding onto its character.
At The Club House, we feel incredibly lucky to be part of its next chapter. Our neighbors have given us mentorship, inspiration, encouragement, honest advice, friendship, and support. They’ve shown us what it looks like to invest in a neighborhood not just financially, but with time, imagination, kindness, and a willingness to show up.
We’re especially grateful to the people who have welcomed our weird little corner of creativity, music, art, events, and community into the fabric of Park Avenue. There’s a reason this place feels different.
Where else can you live in a historic neighborhood surrounded by a national park, walk from your front door into the woods, and still be minutes from downtown? Park Avenue is wonderfully, uniquely Hot Springs.
