📍 Leaving the Angostura Dam area
📱His Cell phone is turned off

**Description:**
• 16-year-old male
• Approximately 5'07"
• Approximately 131 lbs.
• Brown hair
• Brown eyes

**Last Known Clothing:**
• Black shirt
• Blue jeans
• Black and White Nikes
