Jersey Street Music Festival The biggest small-town music festival in the world. Our goal is to present a variety of music, focusing on local and regional talent.

The Jersey Street Music Festival was created in 2013 by the Horicon Phoenix Program to bring the community of Horicon together by celebrating local, diverse music.
