Hopkinton Community Summer Band

Hopkinton Community Summer Band A community concert band open to past and current musicians in the greater Hopkinton, Massachusetts area. Come see what we are all about!

Started in 2005 by Hopkinton High School Band Director Steven T. Yavarow, in conjunction with the Hopkinton Music Association, the Hopkinton Community Summer Band is the perfect opportunity for musicians young and old to dust off their instruments and perform in the summer. Rehearsals are once a week, and the musical selections are fun and lighthearted. A concert at the common at the end of the program is a great way to bring the entire community together.

Save the date.......HCSB concert on Sunday, July 19 from 5:00-7:00 pm on the Hopkinton Town Common. (In case of rain, the performance will be held at Hopkinton High School). We hope you can join us.

Come to the HMS 6/7 concert on school day # 67! We didn't do this on purpose but the students would live to see you at 7 pm in the HS Athletic Center.

This afternoons Hopkinton Community Summer Band concert has been moved indoors to the Hopkinton High School Auditorium, 90 Hayden Rowe St. The concert is still free and open to the public and will begin at 5:00 PM.

The Hopkinton Community Summer Band will be performing this Sunday, July 27, rain or shine, for the Hopkinton Concert on the Common series at 5:00 pm. In case of rain, we will perform in the Hopkinton High School Auditorium. This concert is free and open to the public. The concert is sponsored by Hopkinton Parks and Recreation, the Hopkinton Music Association, and the Chatfield Music Library.
