Rince na Gréine Irish Dance At Rince na Gréine we share the joy of Irish Dance by offering lessons for ages 21 months through adult. Rince na Gréine means "Dance of the Sun" in Irish.

Owner and Dance Director Lauren Adams-Plehal, ODCRN, has been Irish dancing since 2005 and teaching Irish Dance since 2014.

Our Sunday crew from Twin Cities Irish Fest this afternoon! It was a hot one… the sun was high, but our dancers kept the energy higher! ☀️

Our younger kiddos got their chance to shine today, some of them at their first Irish Fest (and some at their first performance ever)! 😊

Today’s dancers come from all our programs: Littles, Belfast Bunch, and Galway Group from our Beginner program, Sun Team, Black Team, and Champ Team from our Youth teams, and Team Meath from our Adult teams! ☘️

Our Saturday crew from today’s show at Twin Cities Irish Fest! We had beautiful sunny weather for a fun afternoon of dancing ☀️

Today’s show featured two extra special numbers, which were definitely crowd favorites! These were the Family Ceili, performed by three Champ Team dancers and their dads, and the Team Leinster and Team Munster fun number “Everybody Dance Now!” 🕺

All of today’s dancers come from our Teams program: Green Team, Black Team, and Champ Team from our Youth teams, and Team Leinster and Team Munster from our Adult teams ☘️

We’ll be back on the Cub Pub stage tomorrow from 2:15-3:00 pm! 🇮🇪
